Nettlebed party

It was a raucous party in Nettlebed Village Hall on 27 April. There were 2 ukulele bands before us and the evening rocked on until midnight.

Wedding at Bradfield College

We played for a wedding at Bradfield College on 28 May. The hall was very grand, with a high roof and good acoustics, and the large audience made good use of the space, filling the hall with dancers..

Wedding in Islip, near Oxford

On Saturday 15 October we played at David and Tehmeena's wedding.  Dave is a former band member so joined the band to play a few tunes.  It was a lively evening.  We ran straight through about 8 dances non stop then moved onto a disco run through our PA.  Here are some photos, taken by Dave's son.

Wedding 12 Sep 15

We played at Heron's Barn, near Pangbourne for Nicola and Vincent's wedding.  The barn is a very nice venue in the middle of the countryside.  Half the guests were British and half were French, making for an interesting calling experience.  Even though I had called in French at a gig in Moissac my instructions in French obviously left a little to be desired.  But we managed to struggle through and we really enjoyed playing for such and enthusiastic (if a little puzzled at time) crowd.
